Went searching for a newer used Odyssey in the OBT area and checked out Coggin on a whim and I am glad we did! We ran into Kristopher Roberts and he busted his behind to get us a fair and balanced deal. We will definitely shop at Coggin again as long as they employ workers like Kristopher. the sales team was great as well and always checked in on us as there were many deals taking place so it took a little longer to process than normal.
From the moment you park, you are greeted by friendly sales people asking what they can help you with. Whether you are there for the first time or returning to speak with someone else, they hold the door open for you and help you with what you need. They also have a great refreshments area and the sales floor is segmented in a way that makes the experience feel more personal.
From a buying perspective, I could not have asked for a much better experience. At no point was I left waiting for too long, wondering where my sales person had gone, or told one thing that turned out to be something else. There are quite a few dealerships on OBT and Coggin Honda currently has the best management and staff out of the group. (In my opinion)
On the financing end, Sammy was the best. He did not try to oversell the extended warranty and went over the contract and signing process at a pace that I was comfortable with, answering and explaining every question I had at great length.
Nicolas Bravo and Sammy Naba were amazing. From what started as a simple phone conversation from Mr. Bravo to follow up on how my wife and I were enjoying our used Mazda that we purchased from Coggin a few years back to getting us into a new 2017 Accord, we were treated as valued guests. I can even say we were treated like family. Both Bravo and Naba prioritized us without being pushy. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Coggin Honda and I credit the great service I get consistently whether it's for an oil change or a vehicle purchase. I am extremely thankful for those two gentlemen. If I need a vehicle or service, or someone I know needs a vehicle, I am sending them straight to them. Great work, Coggin!

Jeff D. was a very helpful sales person who took his time with me and did his best to get me where I wanted to be on price. At no point did he bring out a supervisor to try and talk me into a specific price point. Jeff also went out of his way to address any issues I had during the purchase.
