I brought my 2012 Honda Accord for a service appointment and I am very pleased with my experience. Jerome Williams was my service manager and he was excellent. I arrived early for my appointment and I was expecting to have to wait. Jerome said that it was not a problem and took care of me right away. He was accurate with the estimated wait time and I was finished earlier than I expected. Professional service from beginning to end! Thank you sir!!!
I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for when I came to the dealership as the Honda website seemed overly vague about which features were included in the different trims. Pedro Earle asked me what I was looking for, and he was a great help. He quickly and confidently told and showed me the Civic in two trims and didn't try to oversell me on anything. He made the process pressure-free and easy. The management and finance departments were also a great a help. I highly recommend Holler and Pedro for anyone looking to buy a car.

I like to research a major purchase such as a car or home for at least a few months; but I found myself in a situation needing to make a major purchase with little notice. I am thankful that I chose Holler Honda; and even more grateful that Trish Martin was the sales associate to help me. She was knowledgeable and helped me to find the 'right fit' vehicle for my needs as a single parent and professional always on the go. Trish helped me to weigh the benefits of a pre-certified vehicle and very patiently helped me to explore several cars; and then, meticulously made sure that I understood the features of the vehicle I ultimately selected. While the purchase was totally unexpected, I left the dealership feeling very confident about the service I had received from Trish and very excited about my purchase!
My recent visit at Holler Honda in October (2017) was top notch due to Danny Perez. If i could give 10 stars I would! I came in for my first maintenance on my new vehicle and Danny's customer service really made me feel like my car was in good hands. Danny took the time to explain what I would be getting done and was able to answer all the questions I had. Holler Honda is lucky to have an employee that goes above and beyond for the customers and does it with a genuine approach that shows he really cares. Not only was Danny patient with me but he was knowledgeable and kind. Due to this experience Danny is the only person I will be booking my appointments with and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same. You wont regret it!
Took my car in for some issues. Some related to an accident I was involved in, which the body shop, 6 months later, had still not resolved. In short, my advisor Colleen was great! She helped me sort through several concerns I had with the vehicle including contacting the body shop, fixing an issue they had created, and getting me going on finding resolution on this matter. She also checked on a couple of issues (seat heaters not working, and a rattle in the ac.) She was consistent with communication and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
