Wow! Had to relocate after Irma. In searching for a new dealership, I found City KIA. I am sooooo happy I did! Just had my oil changed...it was the most pleasant experience. They were so professional. The waiting area was awesome. There was an area that I could set out my work, coffee, water, popcorn, hot dogs, and snacks...and a free vacuum and car wash! Seriously the best experience I have ever had while getting service done! Great Job City KIA!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER recommend this business again. I purchased a vehicle about 3 years ago, and the customer service was outstanding. I guess over the years good help is hard to find. Someone by the name of Andrea is the rudest person that I have ever spoken to. I am not sure if she understands English well or not, but by her actions, I would say she doesn't. I made the same statement more than twice, and she continued to talk as though she didn't understand me. After about 3 minutes of her not comprehended, she speaks in a nasty tone, what car are you interested in? I responded any vehicle. Then in another ugly tone, when do you want to come in? I said, what I want to do is to speak to a general manager. She hangs up the phone on me. I then called back to talk to the General Manager again, with her nasty attitude she transfers me to someone by the name of another Andrea. If I had to guess I would say her friend. She gets on the laughing and having a conversation with someone else, and I say, "Are you the general manager?" No, we are trying to help you. Why are you calling here acting like that? I said, acting like what? She said, "Happy Holiday and hung the phone up. I started to call back again, but I realized that I was probably speaking with two uneducated people and it would be a waste of my time. I now understand why City Kia has a low rating. I will take my business someone where else. It's up to the customers to show City Kia employees who pay their salaries by taking our service someone where else when customer service is below average. I will never recommend them to anyone again.

City Kia and salesperson Ariel Vargas are #1 in our book. In our lifetime my wife and I have purchased over 60 cars. Not rich, just love cars. Whether it’s a high end dealer like Porsche or my favorite American dealerships (Ford/Chevy), this Kia family tops the list. Ariel was kind, aware, friendly and communicative. Finance was quick and fast. And Carlos in customer service explained all. Hats off to GM Rusty for running a great environment.
I cant say enough good things about City Kia. My husband brought my car in to get serviced. While he was there he was approached about trading in our 2013 Soul for a new model. I met him at the dealership and we looked at cars and I found the perfect one for me. We started off with Brittany who was great and after she left we were dealing with Kay who is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the long process of buying a new car bearable. She explained every step of the process and I really enjoyed talking to her. Sam was our finance guy and he spent a good amount of time explaining the warranties and making sure I got the best coverage. This is the second car I have purchased from City Kia and I wont go anywhere else. Stop by and ask for Kay you wont regret it.
Came here to buy my wife a van. Right away we were met with our salesman Barry Burke who was one of a kind from the start. We were able to find a van for my wife at a reasonable price.
