He was very patient and willing to work with us on many level, there were a few things that he mentioned he had never dealt with before in regards to how late we came to pick up the vehicle (because of our work schedule) and a couple other "firsts" but he worked through it all and we are very happy with the price we got.

Randy took care of the rear main seal on my Dodge Magnum SRT8. I had not used a mechanic for over a decade because of doing all the work myself. He was fair and accurate with pricing. He even helped with another last minute issue on a Saturday after I called ahead.

Service was great. I was informed when my labor rate was going to increase due to the wear on my calipers and rotors and was asked permission to due so. I was also provided information on further maintainance as well as the level of urgency or lack of for each item. It would have been nice to get that information on paper. Nonetheless this integrity and service is why this company gets its name.
