We’re from out of town and after traveling to Orlando, we pulled in to this place to get an oil change and have some minor recalls addressed. This dealership is amazing. The service was quick and friendly and all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. This dealership has a full service restaurant and a nail salon for those waiting! What?!?! I’d have the best maintained vehicle in town if I lived here...and clean. A free car wash comes with each service!

Honestly a Five-Star experience! Had a great experience with Darrin, Juan and Felix. Our daughter and son-in-law told us in advance that this was going to happen. They were right. By looking at all the 5 star reviews, I wonder if this dealership has freelancers from overseas writing them. Normally someone will only take time to write a negative review because of a problem they have had with a company. I came in to this dealership for a $34.95 oil change using a coupon from their website. I was charge $42 for the oil change and asked why the extra charge. I was told by Carlos that the service department adds a $4.65 shop fee and then tax. I can understand the tax but a hidden $4.65 shop fee not listed on the coupon is false advertising. Carlos also told me some other customers also did not like the hidden charge and complained. IF this company will hit their customer with a small charge like this, I can only imagine what goes on in sales or a major repair. If you use this dealership, be sure to get all your charges upfront in writing before buying and repairs. The oil change took about an hour and had no problems with the service.
I just recently purchased my second vehicle from there. This dealership is the best! They aren't pushy and they want you to be happy. My sales rep, Miguel was awesome! He was very easy to talk to and understanding. The Finance Manager and Sales manager were also great. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely get my next vehicle from there and gladly recommend this dealership to others!!
