Great dealership! Very easy to get along with. I purchased a truck from The Auto Source in great condition under KBB value. The truck was just as described on Auto Trader and over the phone. Our sales representative named Scot, was very friendly and accommodating. We purchased this truck as an out of state buyer online and did not have any issues at all. Very trust worthy people and military friendly. I would recommend this dealership to friends or family.
UPDATE: They need to do a better job at inspecting the cars they sell. We bought our car 2 months ago and it already needs a new transmission. We were told the car had no issues and that proved to be wrong. Also, the reason the transmission went is because the mechanic used by Auto Source put the wrong kind of fluid in the transmission further damaging it.
Auto Source gave me the best experience yet when it comes to car shopping. Other dealers will put you into a car you don't want just to make a sale. Auto Source , however, was very straightforward with what they were offering me and Rob was super honest and friendly! Their customer service is top notch and we will definitely be coming back for our next car!
Out of the blue yesterday, I found myself calling Auto Source to ask about a Jeep they had on the lot. John asked me a few questions and we scheduled an appointment within about 2 hours. Before I even arrived, he texted me a photo of the car I was going to visit. (how cool is that!) Once I arrived, his attention to detail was a testament to his professionalism and the relaxed environment of Auto Source. I never felt pressured. I asked a TON of questions!!! Each one was answered sincerely. And I had a lot of questions. LOL. Now, I'm the proud owner of a gently used Jeep Wrangler and so happy with my experience at the dealership. Wow! Best car dealership in Orlando!! This was my first car buying experience and it could not have been any easier. 10/10 communication with clients (Shout out to Isaias). HORRIBLE!! Paid $3000 and the following day the car completely broke down. Took to repair shop and have over $3000 in critical repairs to make it safe and get it running. Owners not willing to make this right. Is it an unreasonable expectation of a buyer to purchase a vehicle for $3000 and then expect it to run? How is this even questionable by any law or contract? Filed BBB complaint and more. We want our hard earned money back and will have the vehicle towed back to dealership. Owner will NOT do the right thing and belittled me on the phone! Out $3000 and stuck with a vehicle that doesn't run. Devastated.
