I live in Miami and was in search of a new Mazda3. After being unimpressed with my options here in South Florida, I came across Sport Mazda. They provided me with a very clear price quote (very refreshing) that was an excellent deal, and what sealed the deal was Barby Irmy's friendly and prompt customer service. I was not the easiest customer as a first time car buyer with a quirky contract, but thanks to Barby's excellent work and Andy Rodriguez's nifty financing, we were able to make it happen.
Sales experience was great but the financing could be more detailed. I specifically said at the beginning if this was included in the package as this was my first time buying a car and my finance manager said yes so I am always positive of people and sales interactions.
I took a finer detail into the financing amount and it is $3900 on top of what I initially wanted to finance. Please do more due diligence as you are signing paperwork and what you are getting into, this is partly my fault but the finance managers should be more clear on what were charging for all warranties and everything on top
When I arrived at the dealership, my perfect car was waiting for me! Mike and Andy made the entire process extremely easy. If I have to buy another car, I'm coming back to Sport Mazda and working with Mike and Andy.
First things first, I want to thank Miguel and Todd for helping me out with the entire process. I'm glad that they both ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied with my vehicle purchase.
