I originally posted a 5 star review, however my thoughts have changed! I purchased a 2009 Honda Element to replace my 2003, which was totalled in August. I have had 3 issues with the vehicle within 2 months of purchasing it. I was given an "extra" 30 days towards a warranty, but when I went in to have the window fixed because the motor burned out and the window was sliding down into the door, I was given the run around about the warranty. I ended up having to pay to fix it myself by their mechanic. Now I'm having issues with shaking and my starter. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them to my family or friends. I know my vehicle is not new, but I do believe they know the vehicles they sell have underling issues.
Worst car buying experience ever!!! purchased a car here and got ripped off! soon as I left the lot the car started overheating.. so I brought the car back and had my mechanic look at it in front of the manager ,he inspected the engine and the head gasket was blown. when he showed it too the manager he tried to say I caused the damage after only driving it 3 days! When I asked for a refund of my deposit..he refused to return it and was disrespectful and gave me attitude,I suggest that you take your mechanic with you when you purchase a car here or just save yourself a headache and stay away from this dealership.
