Scam place. Tiny lot with a couple nice cars with high mileage and never cleaned, like they were being used by the sales associates to party. Speaking of the sales people, they speak Spanish to each other like they don't understand that customers might know it too. They say derogatory and rude things about the customers right in front of them. They did this to me and other customers while I was there.
Been waiting for 2 months for repairs to my car. Now they want more money 2 months later for a registration. The owner seems nice, but his English isn't great. I'm forced to talk to "the manager." He told me to come this morning to get my car worked on before 11 because the mechanic leaves shortly after 11. I've been waiting over an hour. It's after 11. The mechanic isn't here again. This is the 4th time in 2 months I've tried to get this fixed.
For the very first time in my life time...I was refused a full tank of gas and was told to bring the car back a day later to be washed and detailed! The manager is rude and seems like he is conducting personal sales. I was told to pick my car up 1 day earlier because the sale agent told me that the car needs to be off the lot for corporate inspection! Red flag?! Yeah...don't waste your time unless there is a new manager!
Terrible place, don't waste your time. Not professional at all. They weren't open when they said they would be, then the 'Sales Associate' (one of only two guys there) only wanted to talk price and didn't want to show us the car. We agreed on a price we would spend then looked at the car and while we waiting to go test drive it, he said 'Oh the transmission is messed up, I can't sell this to you'. In other words, they weren't happy with the price we said and they backed out. Car is still for sale online with new pictures. Completely scammy and waste of time.

Do NOT buy from this dealer. I would give them 0 stars if possible. All they do is lie, from their website advertising vehicles they don't have, to what you're getting for what you're paying. I made the mistake of purchasing a car from them and now 4 months after purchasing my car I've found out that it was in a major accident that caused severe damage to the under carriage, because when asking for the carfax, multiple times, they claimed the system was down and ensured us the car was in great condition. Now the car is sitting at a Chevy dealer waiting to figure out what we can do with it because the severity of the accident that they had covered up by doing only cosmetic repairs included damage to the power steering rack, a major part, among other damages. We will be taking legal action against them. Needless to say, this car has been sold to us without disclosure of the accident, which is highly frowned upon by Florida Law.
I was interested in a car they had, but they were more interested in how much I could pay and making me wait while they bs'd. They were not interested in making a deal to sell a car. They did not know anything about the cars on their lot. If you look at their stock online they have 13 pages of cars but none of them are on the lot (bait and switch).
