I had a great experience with Ivan and his team at Go Smart. My son was in desperate need of vehicle. Ivan's team was very patient and allowed us to make an informed decision. After the purchase, there were some minor fixes the dealership needed to do. They promptly called my son and asked him to bring the vehicle back so they could take of of the issues. I was impressed because normally you have to initiate the follow-up but in this case the dealer did it. Thank you Ivan and your team. My son really loves his new car!!
I bought a 2006 Lexus IS350 from Go Smart Car Sales. I live two hours away from their dealership, so getting the numbers and info figured out beforehand was a must. The salesman I spoke with (Humberto) was very friendly and extremely helpful with answering all of my questions via phone. By the time I got to the shop, I gave it a test drive and John (finance manager) had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Overall, just about as easy of a car buying experience as one could hope for.
