Eric Ramos was super nice and helpful even though I was just taking my BMW that I had recently purchased at another delearship for a check and a warranty claim. He came out to the car with me and immediately told me the warranty was going to cover the issue. They had me in and out pretty quick.

Our Service Advisor Eric and our Mechanic Darryl are absolutely fantastic!!! They know what needs to be done, what can wait until next time, and what isn't a problem at all. They keep our 12 year old BMW running and looking like a new vehicle. Appointments are easy to get at the South OBT location and the work is always completed when the say it will. We always receive a phone call to discuss what was done and later on to make sure we were happy. They have the best quality and customer service anywhere!
