I have been coming here for the past few years and I used to love it here. I came here on an early Saturday night just to relax with a friend and the experience was not great. We sat and ordered our hookah and it came pretty fast. About 3 minutes after receiving the hookah, our waiter brought the check asked if we wanted anything else. I asked for a glass of water, but he said they only have bottles, so I got the bottle and he added it to the check. Looking at the check, I was charged $3 for coconut charcoal that I did not want, 2 dollars for a bottle of water, and a 18% service charge(this service is definitely not worth 18%). I barely had a minute to look at the check before the waiter came back and stood by my table waiting and asking for payment. I won't be coming back here after this.
Overall nice hookah lounge. Good music variety for most tastes & the hookahs were decent. However, the staff was my only problem. My partner & I had to wait almost 20+ minutes for our hookah because a different waiter gave OUR hookah to some other people. Also when the bill came, the guy tried charging us TWO extra Sangrias & even an extra hookah!!! So defiantly keep track of what you order because they will rip you off easily. Not sure if we'll be back here again
Super nice staff! Id go back any day and i dont even smoke. The wine selection wasnt too bad either
When I first entered the place it seemed very nice and calm. The workers let us sit where we wanted to. The menus we were handed were all old and worn out. They were laminated and falling apart. The time we waited to get our Hookah was not bad. The hookah itself did not last very long. What I didn’t like was the gentleman gave me the bill and stood there waiting for me to hand him my card. 2 dollars for a bottle water is expensive. They also add their own tip to the bill which I think is wrong. Also charged an additional 3 dollars just for the charcoal. Will not be coming back.
