I can't believe Universal - Comic Strip Cafe - wants to treat there customers like this!!
I was at Universal Studios yesterday, I went to the Krusty Crab and the burger was twice the size. The same price and the burger was cooked to my specifications! Why can't you guys do it like that!! Get it together!
Took 20 minutes to get our food... found out after that they charge extra for ranch (which is insane because Disney doesn't even charge for ranch!) so we had to wait in line again for another 20 mins just to order ranch. The kitchen side was very slow... but the cashier was ok. I thought the staff could've at least acknowledged that we had already got our food, so by the time we got our ranch, our food was cold. As an annual pass holder, I will avoid this location for the remainder of the year.
Really enjoyed eating here, had the Chinese dragon platter which was delicious, lovely beef and broccoli, great crispy fried sweet and sour chicken with lots of veg and rice. My wife had the fish sandwich and kids had chicken strips and everyone was happy
I wish I didn't waste calories on this terrible but I was hungry.
Upon entering the resteraunt I asked how many ounces the burger was. Three employees didn't not know, a chef came out and told me 5.3 ounces. It's 13.99 before tax. That's a terrible price for that amount of food.
Friendly staff. Had a burger that I don't even think was real meat, disgusting, don't waste your time.
I order it anyway.
Slow service. Terrible food. Go somewhere else in the park.
The first tray/entree had barely any fries and they were bad and the burger had a dry bun. I asked them to remake it.
