Another reviewer on here mentioned that the dumpsters outside smelled horrible. I did not notice this at all, so I suspect that that problem is occasional and only noticeable if you sit outside. Also IMNSHO, I just think it's kind of weird to complain about a smelly dumpster, as I believe they all are, and so that is not something to mention in a review of a restaurant.
Love this place. Great breakfast! One plate of omelletes can be split in 2. The sloppy now is great.
Small, quaint local diner. Food is simple and tasty. I had a grilled chicken pita with a tasty cucumber sauce. Friendly, efficient staff.
This place was highly recommended by locals, but only so so. I was not really impressed. The wait staff was very efficient and attentive. The food was only ok. The restaurant was packed, though, so maybe it's the best there is around College Park.
great diner! love to eat outside when it's not hot. afterwards I like to walk around the neighborhood. lots of new places popping around.
Excellent little diner on Edgewater and Dartmouth (College Park). I've seen this place on weekend mornings and it's packed. My nephew and I dropped by one day (a Thursday morning around 9am) and there were plenty of seats, but it still felt like business was good and it wasn't dead. The food is very good quality (for diner food mind you). We ordered 2 dishes and sides, and I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. The Lemon Chicken Orzo was very good. It's like an Avgolemono soup, but I think better with the orzo and no egg. Amazingly, for College Park, the prices at this place are very affordable as well. The place was also cleaner than most other diners I've been to, and didn't feel greasy in any way. This place reminds of the many great Greek diners in NJ.
