Horrible, here watching the peppa pig show and we can't see anything. I paid for good seats but because the floor is flat, you can't see the stage over everyone's head. I'm so disappointed, I'm trying to carry my 2 year old so she can see which in turn means the ppl in back of me can't see now. One concession open with the BIGGEST line ever, can't even get something to drink
My experience was almost ruined by asking the wrong staff person. Asking politely got me the most rude answer I've ever had, and a negativity I don't want to have again in my life. It does not get one star because other staff members were just polite, as you expect people to be if you are polite too, and the concert was very good.
Overall a good venue. Lately the crowd that gathers in front of the stage for the second half of the show has been somewhat unruly and distracting. Talking loudly over the music and just ruining the concert. This used to be my favorite venue but until they do better crowd control I will be happy to see my favorite acts booked elsewhere.
