It looks like a ton of people are giving these liars a ton of money.
Horrible experience! Decide sure discount tickets! She said be there by 12:30 buffet then 90 minute tour then shuttle to the park! Well we got here at 12:17 tour stopped at 12:15 and no shuttle service! So been in the lobby with my 8 yo for over 2 hrs because well we had no way to get back to our room! Spoke w mngmt of the tour guide dept said nothing they can do! Restaurant for guest only so we're screwed!

Lie about rescheduling.
They pulled us from our table, told us we were being rescheduled, walked us to the lobby, cancelled all of our promised discounts, and kicked us out.
Lies. Nothing but lies.
During our banana, they asked if we vacation anywhere else. We do.
Lie about fulfilling their obligation.

Had to go to a different property to get our refund for a deposit we paid on "Fun Spot" tickets. Employees there were just as rude.
Totally agree with what's been said about this place. If you're reading this before agreeing to do the presentation, RUN as fast as you can. I've never seen a company be as inconsiderate for other people's time as this one, and I've seen some doozies. If you think you're gonna walk out of that presentation with (insert gift here), think again. They will do everything they can to ensure you walk out of there empty handed and having waisted time. I don't know how Universal Studios allows these people to sucker in guests at their park. If you are a believer that businesses should have some integrity, stay away from this one
