I've stayed at plenty of these that shouldn't keep the name. But this one was great.
The best thing is this is walking distance to other places. It's ok, not very quiet, and the rooms smell funny. But a good price and amenities if you need multiple nights.
Highly recommend it if your going to be staying in the Orlando area. I'd also recommend booking through priceline as well.
Where do I begin! Upon checking in, I was given a room that smelled like dog and cigarettes on the 3 floor. Then entire floor smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke and pot. Thankfully, I was immediately given another room on the second floor. The place seems a little dingy and run down but, I gave it a fair shot. My bed was hard as a rock and pillows as flat as can be. I called down to the front desk at 1am for another pillow because I couldn't sleep a wink. Only to be given another semi flat and semi lumpy pillow which made no difference. The walls are paper thin and the place is filled with drunks who come in at 2am and apparently wrestle and throw things on the ground making as much noise as humanly possible. I can literally hear every SINGLE footstep the person above me makes. The A/C controls do not work so don't bother trying to adjust it to your liking. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! I was so over this place that I am up right now at 2:19am writing this review while booking a different hotel for tomorrow. Don't waste your time or your money. Pay the extra $15-$20 your neck will thank you for it.
This extended stay was extra nice, the staff was great, the morning breakfast they offer better than others, it was most of all clean and up to date.
All amenities were updated and the hotel rooms included a full kitchen, which was very nice. Updated pool furniture and nice bathrooms. When we checked in at 5pm, we complained of a strong cat urine smell in our room. They said they would get some one to come clean it, no one came. At 8pm, it got worse and they gave us a bottle of air freshener and said this should be enough to handle it and if not they will call house keeping. Still no one came to handle it. At 1am, we complained again and they gave us cleaner they use to clean trash cans and said try cleaning it, they can't do anything, including cleaning, without a manager on duty. By 7am, our faces were itching and stinging from all the chemicals they told us to spray on it instead of their staff actually cleaning it. Still no manager. They said wait until 10am, a manager might be in by then. At 9am a maid came with a vacuum and said we needed to leave immediately so she could vacuum the floor. Of course that did NOTHING for the smell. At 10am the manager said we could move to a room on the top floor, which was toxic smelling. It's like they let a horse live there and then poured bleach over it instead of cleaning anything. At that point we left and we have yet to be credited back the money we paid for the remainder of the nights we didn't stay for. If you get a room that you can breath in, it would be a fantastic stay. A different location entirely is probably the best bet.
Clean. Very nice and measures up to a 4 star. Great customer service. Allows pets and are pleasant. They check on you. Make sure you're ok. They go above and beyond and correct mistakes if made. Very impressed and thankful for staying somewhere I could have my babies and have power after Hurricane Irma.
