The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. This Hilton has a ton of amentaties from fire pit to cookies set out every day and night. Need a fruit water or coffee the got that covered and the Cabana is a great place to have a drink
I was here for a conference across the road. I rather enjoyed my stay. The rooms were large, spacious and comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was simple, but had pretty much everything I wanted.

The room was spacious and clean. It came with a refrigerator and a microwave. It is walking distance from several restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly. I didn't utilize the hot breakfast but it was a great option.
Check-in was quick and the location to international drive, the i-ride trolley and universal is fantastic. The shuttle from the hotel leaves and returns at many different times in the day making it worthwhile. The rooms are a touch dated but the front area and pool deck make up it. Would stay here again.
