Although the room was very clean, the first time I used the bathroom the toilet flooded the whole bathroom, when I called the front desk and reported the problem they sent the security guard up with towels....REALLY???? There's 3 inches of water on the floor and I'm suppose to do what with 3 towels? Then on top of that, he flushes the toilet AGAIN....now I have an indoor swimming pool in my room, and if you're looking to have breakfast in the morning in the hotel, you better bring your wallet because your gonna have to fork over an extra $13.00 in addition to the room rate. NOT what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional and was happy to give me another room, it was inconvenient for me because I had to pack all my things up and move them.
My name is Ronda and I am a team member. Upon arriving with my boyfriend on October12, 2017 everything was great, the service and room 601. On check out day of October 14, 2017 i got up because my back was itching. Something told me to just check the bed and I seen nothing but a whole bunch of tiny black bugs jumping around in the bed. Some of the bugs were stuck on my foot. I did a video and toke pictures. I called front desk and spoke to a manger on duty about the situation and she offer me another room and that she will call the bug inspector but it was already close to time of checking out. She also stated there was nothing else she could do for me because I was already a team member. I would NOT recommend staying here, team member or not I would like to be treated like a 5 star guest with a clean room . I'm very disappointed an will be my last time stay at this Hilton an I will go forth in contacting corporate over this matter.
Very nice rooms. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Very prompt service when we got locked out of our room. Breakfast had a variety of options and was decent quality. Overall a nice place to stay!
Very friendly staff. Clean room. Cleaning staff does a thorough job. Overall happy with my stay. The top floor 'views of seaworld' were not that great - mostly it's a big parking lot - but not a big deal. Would stay again.
Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean. Easily able to get to Disney and Epcot via a bus(van). The buffet for our group was delicious.
Till this day I have very tiny bumps around my body that has been irritating my skin and causing me to scratch.
