Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable rooms with a small fridge and microwave. It is a airline flightcrew hotel for multiple airlines so shuttle service runs every 1/2 hour. Good exercise room and outdoor pool. Hotel restaurant and bar, but plenty of options within walking distance.
We went over to the dining area to have breakfast and were brought out our bill. That was our fault for not making sure it was complimentary, but our bill was $36 for 3 people.
I mentioned the plumbing issues to the man at the desk the next morning at check-out. He first looked to see how we made our reservation and then said there was nothing he could do about it.
Awesome stop over spot for our Disney/Universal vacation. Within one hour of landing in FL we were swimming in the pool drinking cold beer. Rooms were comfy and they offer breakfast for purchase but we left for Cocoa Beach the next morning before going to our Disney time share and having a week of fun. Came back here again for the night before flying back to Cali. Awesome chain food near by but we recommend Rock and Brews and Chuy's. Had great dinner both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great start and end to our hot but fun trip!
The lady at the desk at the time of check-in was short with us and seemed upset. We checked in at almost midnight because of a flight delay.
When you think of Hilton, you think of quality. My experience was less than anything that I’ve ever experienced and witnessed. I was a guest via my employer for training along with 20 others and witnessed the guest representative as an African American counterpart for a $25 deposit, an Hispanic counterpart for a $50 deposit whereas a white counterpart wasn’t asked nor charged. We are in the year 2017 and I find this to be unacceptable and insensitive. Not only was there poor customer service but the bed was hard as heck! I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping in the chair and ottoman or on the floor. I had a better stay at the Renaissance where customer service was a given and quality was a way of life. I hated that one night stay here at the “Hilton”
Excellent hotel. I travel alot and every time I have to fly out of Orlando I enjoy staying at this property. VERY clean and AWESOME staff
Other than the plumbing issues, the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
The plumbing in the bathroom needed attention. The drains in the bathtub and sink were clogged. The toilet didn't flush properly and it clogged up even after a courtesy flush.
