Parking horrors. I’m handicapped and the designated spots are taken with non permit handicapped cars. This is a parking violation and these people should be fined
Got in late, lobby was cram packed full of people... and no parking spaces outside, girl at the desk apologized... bathroom was small enough to be inconvenient to even close the door.
Best service we have seen in a very long time. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast service went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Giovanny for world class customer service. 100% recommended.
Best hotel for the airport area hands down. I have tried the other hotels in the area. Convience store is right across the street with some solid walking distance restaurant choices. Best for business travelers not family's I would say.
This is by far the best hotel in Orlando. The entire staff including zsacha,Giovianni,the entire housekeeping crew. Amazing personalities clean rooms, neat environment. Breakfast top notch. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Orlando and want to be near the MCO airport. Excellent job!!! Thank you for the awesome service.
Otherwise everything was ok, bed was comfortable or was I completely exhausted... I may never know. With the thousands of options available in Orlando I probably wont be back. However, it is EXTREMELY convenient to the airport, which I why we stayed...
