Typical time share, sell, sell, sell. Nope I'm good. I know a few months ago they had a hurricane so yes there was still some damage on the exterior of the buildings. My biggest pet peeve is upkeep. I would suggest the dismissal of your maintenance department. Hire quality workers, pay them well and allow them the time to address your years of neglect. You have a good location and nice units. One elevator per building is crazy when sharing it with the cleaning crew. Supplies should be stored at the end of the hallways in that huge closet. Linen should be brought to those closets in the early morning hours (1-4am) not while guest are moving about. Vacuums left unattended for hours in front/near the elevator or workers riding the elevator with one. Really is there a shortage of vacuums in Florida? Also they should use the stairs to travel between floors. Am I asking too much? Hey snowflake do your job and make the customer happy. After all we are the reason you have a job. Tips are earned not automatic.
The rooms were excellent. I did not have an issue at all with the rooms. Request a view so you can enjoy the sounds of the lake. It's very soothing at night. I would definitely recommend this for families. This is a very family friendly resort. The furniture in the room is very dated though. It definitely needs an upgrade. The pools were always clean. There's mini golf. You can jet ski, paddle boat, or fish. Lots to do. Will definitely come again.
Nice room, very large. The three bedroom has basically two Masters and a kids room with two singles. The amenities seem pretty good. The timeshare Hawks are busy, and the couch in the room was threadbare but everything else was very nice. Service was very good and the location is very close to Disney and Walmart.
Great hotel rooms and convenient location. Disney world is a hop skip and jump away, while food and entertainment can be found lining the streets right outside of the campus. Those perks alone make coming here worth it. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the service. My family and I own shares here so we stay here more than your average residents. Every single time we come down here, we end up waiting silly amounts of time for our room to be ready. And it doesn't stop at check-in either, just the other day this trip we received a call saying they were planning on servicing the room. So we left our room at 7am and went to the Disney parks. Come back at around 4pm only to find they still haven't serviced the room. It's not the biggest of deals but it is pretty inconvenient and seems to be a consistent thing so I can't give perfect marks across the board. Once your are in the room it is pretty relaxed and overall a good experience. (side note: As of writing this there has been construction gong on as they repair some damage from the recent hurricane. Unfortunately we arrived during these repairs and while it hasn't been terrible, it is just another thing to think about when deciding where to stay during your vacation.)
We stayed for 6 days and nights while attending Disney World with the family. The condo was a good size with two master suites and a third bedroom there was plenty of room for the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and silverware. There is a refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer also The facility has two pools including kidding pools and hot tubs, a putt putt golf course free to guests and two fishing piers among other amenities. Being located only a few minutes away from Disney World it was an ideal place to stay and an extremely good bargain compared to hotels in the immediate area. I would happily stay again.
