The room was not very nice. The "transportation" to and from Disney was pathetic at best. Run down bus was not nice at all. The free breakfast was standard. They did have a nice make to order omlet station. The manager's special was really nice. Free drinks and snacks nightly for 2 hours. We probably won't ever stay at this resort again as there are a lot of nice ones in the same area.
Great staff, great food, great pool, great atmosphere, rooms are very nice. I've stayed here 3 times in 1 year because I work in the area. I will stay here again and again. 5-7pm is an open bar for adults. Free breakfast which is great and the breakfast chefs are hilarious, the make amazing omelets! The only bad thing I have found is 5 tiny ants in my room the one time I stayed. Other than that I love this place. Play pool for kids . Hot tub next to the outdoor bar. Pool table. Cigar patio by the pond. Indoor bar is very nice. My room looks pristine when I get back from work. Valet parking if you want for a small fee over self parking. Kid movies on a big screen over the pool. I know I'm missing things but you get the picture. STAY HERE!
Shocked to see over a 4 star rating for this property. The only noteworthy service would be the breakfast staff in the morning. They were great, organized, and very attendtive to all the guests. The customer service elsewhere, quality of rooms and cleanliness elsewhere was a 2 on a good day. Our room was gross — the toilet barely flushed, the tub didn’t drain and part of the master room smelled like urine. Also two of the lamps in the room didn’t work. Reported the issues in the morning and 12 hours later, nothing was done. When asked why, they told me that they went to the wrong room. Same your money and frustration and stay at a different property, there’s tons to pick from here in Orlando. Would have given a 1 star but I liked and appreciated the breakfast staff.
This place is great, especially for families with young kids. Free breakfast every morning, there's also an evening cocktail reception. The kids splash pad was a hit with our toddlers. The only con is that their 'pool' towels are a little larger than bathroom hand towels. You will be better off either bringing your own pool towels or just using the guest room towels at the pool. The room was nicely kept and large enough to accommodate a family of four.
What made this place great was the evening reception and the free continental breakfast. The kids loved the pool and being able to watch a movie outside every evening. We stayed two separate times. Our first room was very nice, with two queen beds, kitchen area, and separate sink and mirror in the bedroom. The kids were excited to have their own bed and cable TV. The second room needed updating as the pull out couch had mold on it, the room wasn't cleaned well, old cracked tub, and the living area carpet was pulling up where you could see the cement floor. Luckily we only stayed in that room one night and if it wasn't so late we would have switched rooms. Overall it was still a nice hotel to stay at.
