Super convenient to the park! Nice rooms and lots of options for food and drinks. Shuttle is an asset, however it doesn't run as often as others. Only detractor is that some of the non-smoking rooms smell like they used to be smoking rooms, but this is a very subtle thing. Enjoy it!
The cookies have not been forgotten so many months after my visit. It's a good thing they are in a different country from where I am located. The diet would have gone to hell. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and pleasant staff. It always levels up a business to have a Starbucks on site. Need that. I had a comfortable stay and would return if I was ever in Orlando again.

The rooms are nice and updated. The pool is outdoors and not heated so we didn't get a chance to swim because it was cloudy and windy with a high chance of rain. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies were great. It's close to Universal Studios (literally across the street). They have a shuttle that takes you to and from Universal). There are a few food options on-site as well as local chain restaurants within walking distance. It was a $25 Uber ride from the airport to the hotel.
We love this hotel. It will be our go to hotel whenever we go to Orlando. Check in was a breeze and they give your warm cookies. The rooms were immaculate. The valet attendants were very friendly and quick! Loved everything about our stay.
