I can not rate this company high enough. They had the best price on my bed out of everyone. When I ordered, I selected their "white glove" delivery, which stated would take 2-3 weeks. Alex called me and my bed was delivered in 5 days ! The gentleman that delivered my bed, Daniel, unwrapped it, put it in place, and could not have been nicer or more professional. If you get your bed from anywhere else without giving DealBeds a look, you are making a huge mistake !
I highly recommend US Mattress Depot for anyone looking for a great deal on a mattress. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and visited numerous mattress retailers and department stores. I saw an advertisement from US Mattress Depot and decided to check them out before making my purchase. I am so glad I did. I met with Abraham at the warehouse and told him what I was looking for in a mattress. Abraham took his time and showed me several mattresses to fit my needs. He was very patient and very friendly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses. I purchased the King size mattress set that Friday afternoon and they delivered it to my house that same evening! You can't get better service than that! Trust me, go see Abraham and he'll beat any price out there! I am referring everyone I know to go see Abraham and get a great deal!!! Never do what they say. They have not replaced my dresser that arrived severely damaged, after weeks of phone calls and empty promises from them I leave this comment...... Bunch of jerks. Also if I wanted scratch an dent furniture I would've gone to second hand store for it . couldn't even give back 1/4 of a credit. RIP OFF FURNITURE STORE
I've been mattress shopping for a couple weeks been to all the major name retailers. I happened to find this place on google and figured I'd check them out. It was the best decision I made. I purchased a king size Mattress I saw at another mattress store for a 3rd of the price. The people working at this business are very nice and helping, they did not pressure sell to me or try to up sale me instead they kept making sure I was comfortable and happy with the products I was interested in. I highly recommend this place, the prices are unbeatable and the people there are honest and very helpful.
I'm so glad I picked up the phone and called the number and spoke with Abraham. I got a pretty AWESOME deal on a queen sized mattress set. I promise, you will not get a better price anywhere else without compromising quality. There was no pressure. I told him what I was looking for in a mattress; and I left there with more than I asked for at a fraction of the price - He made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Customer service is on point!
