Went in looking to buy new furniture recently and was overwhelmed by the number of people trying to help us, this isnt a good thing. The last thing i want is 20 people all asking me the exact same thing. And then literally.....LITERALLY having a group discussion in front of us as they all try to argue which one should help us. We walked away. Some time after when we decided on the furniture we wanted, we were given finance options to look over. I kid you not, every single plan they had was designed to throw you well over budget. Balloon payments, automatic accrued interest etc. If i were to miss the balloon payment of $1000+ they neglected to tell me about my $1500 bed would have cost me nearly $7000. They argued that it wasnt true....even when i pointed it out on several of the papers THEY gave me. The manager even got upset and walked away cause he couldnt show me that i was wrong, not because im stubborn, but cause when you actually read the finance plan or have the detailes pointed out to you....its a bunch of BS. Dont finance there, especially if you have bad credit cause i can only imagine how screwed you would be. in fact dont even consider them for anything other than a good laugh.

I changed my review from a 5 to a 1, after them not installing my furniture correctly and leaving hand prints all over my mattress. Repair guy comes with no parts and said they will be sent in the mail. Well a month later no parts or a call. We had a better experience at Ashley's and saved way more money.
They bought out the sofa only to find out it had a hole in it and the legs were all twisted in the wrong direction. The store called me and all me to sending a picture.. I did and 5 hours later no response!.
Service and furniture.. big lots had better quality furniture.

I was at Rooms To Go yesterday and today I'm getting text requests to "rate" my experience. I'm reluctant to ever walk into a Rooms.To Go store again because it appears they have the ability to capture your cell phone number with out you knowing it. I never have them my phone number. I never even have them my name. But they can send me a text. What else have the captured when it appears they scanned my phone. I want to trust a business when I walk in their store.
Had one of the best experiences shopping here. I wasn't sure what I wanted but the sales associate Manny helped me find the perfect set. I never write reviews but he went above and beyond. He even moved pieces around for me to see what color combos I liked. And I never felt pressured! I felt like he truly wanted to help me and he did. So if you go to the waterford location to shop I highly recommend asking for Manny to help you. He is great at what he does and knows what inventory they have in the store. I bought so much I needed financing and the finance department help me get what I wanted and get me on my way. Many thanks to the rooms to go staff!
On the kids furniture. My son fell through. The bed and hurt his leg. CRAPPY
