NOT SUCH a special delivery. So I asked them to keep the furniture and refund my money- that was five days ago and I have not heard anything from anyone.
so, that same day at 5:30 and I still have NO delivery and no phone call, letting me know anything.
This was the easiest stressfree experience I have ever had while purchasing furniture for my home. Kris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with all my questions and concerns. Everyone in the store was so friendly and personable. I will definitely recommend Leaders Casual Furniture to my friends and family.
Love shopping here...no stress...no hype....always find something of interest. Managed to snag myself a great buy on an "old Florida style" sofa with pull out queen bed...and then picked up an end table, nesting tables and lamp. Very happy with the results ...and my four seasons / guest room is coming together nicely.
Thought I would write this since I see so many 5 star reviews. I hope you enjoy your purchase but God forbid if you have a problem because service after the sale is not their strong point. A few years back bought lanai furniture and within their warranty time frame one cushion started to split. Our pieces were still on display but the couldn't let us have one of those it had to resewn. OK ..time frame call us next week..3 months later when enough was enough we wanted it back and we would get it repaired elsewhere....well THEY LOST IT...and who knows when. They replaced it but that should have been done in the beginning.
Customer service has been excellent from Kris in sales who is very knowledgeable and helpful providing a great experience....in fact, Leaders let me complete my room upgrade and held my new furniture until work was done! Delivery was as promised and efficient.
I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I have received, I love the furniture in the leaders store on east colonial, and I have looked for months and months to find the patio furniture that I really wanted. It is a bit more expensive but I was willing to pay more because the quality is always good. But,.... The first time they delivered my order, half of it was not what I ordered, so they called and said they are making a " special delivery " to make sure I get what I originally ordered. they asked what is a good time for me to be here for my delivery- I told them between 9:30 and 2:30 and she said , that is great, they will make me the first delivery.
We are new transplants to Florida and we found it difficult to find tropical themes indoor and outdoor furniture and decor in stores or online. We are so happy to have found Leader's and Wendy! We spent quite a bit of time going over furniture choices and fabric options yesterday and left the store with a reasonable estimate for high quality furniture. After comparing our swatches to existing furniture we are returning today to finalize the purchase. It was so great to finally see so many items we previously only found online. Call us old-fashioned but dealing with real people and getting to see and touch what we selected was a real plus!
When I called the store to ask where my "special Delivery" is, she said they were on the way there and could deliver to me around 7:00 p.m. that night.
Sadly, customer service is a thing of the past and I am in the business of providing customer service every day........ I have always bought my patio furniture from Leaders, but won't any more.
I'm a fan!
