Our sales associate we worked with sold us the Ashley Protection Plan as if it "came included" with our furniture vs an extra $800. I also blame myself for not looking at the invoice as it was all folded up after we finished (2 hours later). However, they were nice enough to have us exchange our furniture after night stands did not fit appropriately. Thanks to Juan and Cedric for that. We were able to meet in the middle which I thought was fair. Overall, its a nice showroom with great stuff, however my experience was a bit "used car sales". LOTS of going back and forth negotiations and waiting after furniture was picked out. Lesson learned with buying new furniture to ensure you review ALL information prior to leaving the store.
I had a great experience at Waterford Lake’s Ashley HomeStore. It was the first of my many many stops to find a new couch. I checked a few other places out but, honestly speaking, Kevin’s customer service was the best! Not only did he patiently answer my numerous and long-winded questions, he even carried different pieces across the show room floor so that I could see which ones looked the best in person. Overall, he made the process fun and easy. I will definitely be coming back!
I have to admit that visiting this Ashley location in Waterford lakes was one of the best shopping experience me and my Family ever had. We came in to look for a sofa for my son and ended up making THREE purchases. The store Manager Cedric was one of the best General Manager I had the opportunity to interact with. He was very polite and have great customer service. He took the time out from his very busy schedule to spend quality time with me and my Family. I also have to recognize the Sales Associate Bill Hook he was also amazing with his great customer service and patience. I would recommend this Ashley store to all my friends and Family. Thank you Cedric and Bill for all you do for your customers, keep up the great work.

What a great experience! Sales person, Jesus B. listened and provided me with great options to choose from, and even better customer service. The General Manager Cedric was also awesome. I am happy with my purchase; I definitely recommend Ashley Furniture, and will continue to shop with them in the future!
This has been my best experience with Ashley and it is all because of Ms Carolyn Santiago. She is my ideal sales rep. She gives enough information to make an informed decision, she is available to answer any question and still managed to not hover over you(that was ideal for me). I felt at ease with her. She is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had the best experience with Ms Santiago. She was delightful.
