Went to La-Z-Boy to check on some recliners for my theater room. The selection was incredible. After many furniture store visits, I ended up purchasing here. The staff was very helpful. Prices are a bit high, but when you compare it with the quality, US Made, and the ability to select the material and color I wanted, it is all worth it.
I've never before encountered a sales person less interested in making a same-day 3-4k sale in my life. My wife and I were shopping around for a new sectional. Came here and asked to see options. "Well, what's on the floor is what we have." Ok, are there any configuration options? "Here's a catalog, go look around yourself." Yeah... Bye.
Super clean and organized. Huge store and decent selection, BUT prices are CRAZY...

When we came into the store we were not approached immediately which was amazing to us. Normally the employees are running to the door to try and sell you something. Katy approached us very subtly and welcomed us into La z boy. She walked with us around the store letting us know which pieces of furniture we were sitting on as we went. She was very pleasant to be around and had great conversation. After sitting on quite a few pieces Katy let us go on our own pace again as she observed from a distance. We ended up buying the couch we wanted today because of this wonderful experience and the couch is just SO COMFORTABLE. We couldn’t leave there without it.
Staff was nice, professional and not too pushy with sells....
