The one thing that would make the experience better is if the sales associate did not follow you around the entire time.
The vendor was nice and not pushy. We really appreciated the distance.
Staff is friendly and helpful, but in retrospect (2 months later) not very knowledgeable about after the sale.

Great place work great deals! Unfortunate that during a Labor Day sale... they had electrical issues and half the store had no lights.
I love my new furniture. I bought couches, tables, and beds. With the sale prices at the time, I got a lot for my money!
My adjustable bed hasn't worked since day 1. I called within HOURS of delivery, and I was told it was mine now. I would have to work with the warranty provider. Kane's staff is vetoing the techs assessment and causing delays in repair and costing me days off of work. This is NOT how I want to spend my summer vacation time!
Horrible service. Horrible products. The products that they are selling to the customers are very bad quality. I purchased Over $2500 worth of sofas. At first everything seemed ok, but after a few days we started to feel the back pains and waist pains due to the poor sofa quality. Horrible customer service at the South Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL Area. I received a broken box spring from an $800 Serta Bed that I purchased from them. They would not take care of my situation in a professional manner at all. I will never purchase from this company ever again. I am gonna tell everybody I know about the horrible experience I had with Kane's Furniture. Buyer Beware!
