I gave it five stars because it was very impressive. But I will say it does come with price tags. Hospitality was great and quality of merchandise was impressive.
I'll definitely go back to buy more furniture accessories to go with my couch (which was delivered on time and exactly as I'd ordered).

I recently went in to buy a sleeper sofa. I had done research online but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Staff were very helpful walking me around the showroom to each available sofa bed. They were very knowledgeable about all the products. Once I'd decided what I wanted, they got me in and out as quickly as I wanted to (which was fast). No pushy sales tactics and no attempt to rack up the charges.
E Colonial Drive is terrible for traffic, but Rooms To Go is a great spot for furniture. Good value and quality.

I had a bad experience. I saw a 2pc sectional that I wanted. I was told that it was discontinued but they had a floor model at this store. I drove to the store to find that they had it set up with mix matched pieces on the floor,but the sales man refused to sell me the 2pc sectional. I was very disappointed that they refused to make a sell. So I spend my 900.00 at a totally different furniture store where they weren't so set on keeping the furniture in the store instead of satisfying and keep the customers happy. I won't be looking for my furniture at rooms to go especially this one. Very Disappointed
