Was giving myself a headache trying to decide what bedroom set I️ wanted but Javier was soooooo pation and helpful with me! He even took time showing me what color I️ was looking at and what chest & nightstand to match the bed! He explained more about my pmnts and contract and when my last 101 day SAC expired! Everyone had a great attitude here!
They were so nice!! Caroline was helping us from our first time stepping into the store until months later that we finally could pick up the table we bought! We got a great deal, and when we called to pick up she made sure to keep in the loop about everything! She was amazing! We are already looking at the next piece of furniture to buy from here!
Went over there not really looking to buy anything, the manager Freddy was super knowledgeable and answered my 1000 questions with great deal of attention. Ended up getting a new awesome recliner and was more than pleased with the quality and service! Definitely recommend this store!
Yes. You can replace all if your staff with people who does speak English and people who cares about the customers. This is what you can do. Nobody cares in this place. They just want to get your money. The " managers " in this place have no idea what's going on. One guy pretend to be a manager and the next day they are telling me that other guy is a manager. The quality of the most staff is really low. I wouldn't come here again even you guys pay me to do it!
