This floral shop has got to be the WORST one I have ever dealt with!!! If you want the run a round and excuses upon excuses and even have the owner LONNY MCDOUGAL LIE to you, use them. If you want flowers that you ordered for your Moms funeral service not to show up...then use them!!!
I am a florist myself, I know customer service and you will not get it here!! And he owns 8 shops...it's no wonder we are working in a dying industry. People like this give all of us a bad name. Shame on you. Maybe next time you should climb down off that high horse and make a delivery yourself Lonnie, because when we mess up, we fix things here. Even if we are the owner, we make it right.
