Thi is the second time i have used this service the first time they didnt have it called me and worked it out gave them a second chance and am furious
Terrible Service, lost my order through the website. I called them to ask if it would be delivered and they said they had no record of my purchase but it was on my bank account. Took my order again and then turned their phone off at 3:00 ON VALENTINES DAY. 2nd bad experience with this Florist. I do not recommend at all. Go anywhere else but this place. Absolutely terrible service and owner lacks the knowledge to run a successful business.
Placed and order online Friday morning for delivery on Monday for my 16 year anniversary with my wife. I paid received a confirmation email. Monday comes no delivery no phone calls texts or emails so I call phone goes to voicemail and mailbox full . Email and no response ,go to the store and it is closed well before the posted hours. Tuesday same thing at this point I want my money back and will not do business with again....ever
Terrible service. placed an order on their website. date to be delivered was supposed to by the next day and still no delivery. i tried calling them during business hours but phone is disconnected.
STAY AWAY! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I was in serious need of a bouquet of carnations for a sorority event and called at 5:30 when her information said she was supposed to be open until 7 and she told me they were closing. At this point, I told her I was only 5 minutes away and begged for her to just wait the few minutes it would take to get there, ensuring that I would be buying flowers. However she stated again that she was closing, despite it being before her stated hours. Completely unprofessional and will not only never attempt to use her again, will tell people to avoid her!
Horribly unethical! The owner is a liar, back-stabbing, and an unprofessional person. First of all the owner gave us two names that didn’t match up with what other business owners in the area know her as. She said her name is either Jaime or Hina. She almost ruined one of the most important days of my life, my wedding. We hired her; she cashed out our money right away, and never used it to pay the vendors. We found out, two months before our wedding, that she never reserved the ceremony location or gave the venue our deposit. After firing her, she called the owner of the location that we reserved for our ceremony/reception and tried to have them cancel our reservation to schedule another wedding. She has a really bad reputation in Avalon, to the point that other business owners talk crap about her (Avalon Jewelry). PLEASE DO NOT give Avalon Florist your business.
