Their customer service was great. There was only one person in the front when I came in and they were already taking care of someone else. Someone came from the back and asked what kind of flowers and for what occasion did I need them. I went to the back to talk to the florist who would work on my arrangement, I told him the price I was comfortable with and we looked at pictures from their website to get an idea of the color scheme I would like to use. The floral arrangement for my grandmother's funeral was beautiful, and thank you for your kind words.
