Horrible customer service. I called to get some roses delivered not even a mile away and I don't care about the fact that they wanted to charge me $15 for delivery, I cared about how much of a BYTCH, the BYTCH that answered the phone was being. She was very evil, rude, nasty, and I hope she gets fired. If she owns the place, I hope they go out of business. That's how mean she was on the phone to me.

I went in yesterday with the idea of buying a regular ole mother's day bouquet. Rose was so wonderful, she asked me what I was looking for how much I wanted to spend the whole nine. She took the time out if her hectic day to still give amazing customer service. On top of that she said I could even pick it up on mothers day and when I did I it was a masterpiece and my wife loved it. Thank you for an amazing bouquet. You have a life long customer.
