Their staff took my order accurately, delivered promptly and directly to her booth. They made an extra effort to accommodate my request for birds of paradise which is our favorite! I placed an order in the morning from NYC, the flowers and cupcakes were delivered very quickly before 1pm the same day !!! The flowers were beautiful arranged, the package was nicely wrapped. My wedding day was perfect and In Bloom was part of the reason it was perfect. They were super nice in the first meeting and helped me figure out everything about the wedding. I had no idea of what I wanted for it or how to decorate the wedding and they helped me figure it out! They delivered beautiful flowers and decorations on the wedding day and helped set up everything. I literally had. I thing to worry about. I fell in love with my bouquet instantly. It was SO beautiful and they accommodated a few last minute changes I needed. Seriously, world class service. Rochelle was super wonderful and helpful and sweet!! Thank you for making the night of my dreams happen as beautifully as it did guys!
For my boss's birthday I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers that was fairly inexpensive for the quality of flowers received. The flowers were delivered at the specified time and the delivery person was very friendly. The arrangement had some wilting blooms that I attempted to revive by giving them some sun. The next day they were still wilted. I emailed the shop to ask them what I should do to bring them back to life and to my surprise they offered a brand new arrangement without question. I wish I could give this a 10 star rating for customer service. The arrangement came before lunch time on a same day request. The flowers were just as beautiful as the first bunch. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again. My boss loved them!

I initially placed the order for next day delivery and the rep was professional, courteous and efficient! The next day I found out that the recipient was ill so called back to ask In Bloom Florist to put order on hold. Although already en route, they called and had driver return it. A few days later I called to ask them to arrange to have item sent to another location (out side of their radius). The service was excellent; very accommodating and my experience was stress-free! The recipient sent me a photo, and she loves it! Highly Recommend!
