I guess it was the owner or manager greeted me as I entered. Very nice and even helped me select and insert my card in the machine. The gentleman that greeted me at the entrance for my car to get washed was really nice and instructed me how to get in and what to do when I got out. To attendance that dryer and did my tires were also very friendly. Overall customer service was awesome will recommend to all my friends.
I've had good experiences in Shiners. Prices are reasonable and do a good job. I lived in a different state that had the best car wash in the world, and this doesn't compare to that. But I do think they are the best in the area. I drive about 15 miles just to go to this car wash!
I had an awesome experience this morning. They were professional and friendly. In that order! I will be back! Get the Best wash they offer. It’s worth it.
Didn't even get to get my car done. I would give a zero if i could. I found their information online and decided to give you them a call on a Thursday around 2 p.m. I specifically asked what time they stop taking detail services because I've also worked at a carwash and detail place and I know they stop taking big jobs at a certain point to close on time. The lady who answered, Janet, was very sweet and polite and gave me all the information that I requested. She told me for big jobs I would have to be there either before 8 in the morning or before 4 p.m. When I got there, it was well before 4. I really didn't know which lane to pull into as I hadn't been there before. My old job had a greeter and you prepay for your service. I just parked in one of the lanes and asked one of the guys that was working on a car where I should park but he didn't know and just pointed to another co-worker that was vacuuming at the time. I was trying to get his attention but he couldn't hear me probably because of the noise of the vacuums. Finally after a couple minutes of standing there trying to get information, this young, chubby, blonde kid comes out and asks how he can help me. I told him I saw their website and I saw their interior shampoo special which I wanted to get done. He immediately looked at me and said it was too late. He said my job will take two to two and a half hours. I told him I called in and spoke with Janet and she told me it was fine as long as it was brought before 4. Mind you, he had not even taken a look inside my car to see the condition. How are you going to quote something without seeing what the job is that needs to be done. He thought he could save the sale by telling me to come tomorrow as early as possible. I advised him I needed it done for tomorrow so I will just take it somewhere else. By the time i left, it was 3:41. That's how you lose $100 sale, not even including the tip that your worker would have received on top of that. They need to put someone who is customer savvy to speak with their customers, not someone who lets a sale and potential returning customer walk.
Absolutely amazing. Our first time visiting this car wash and we loved it. We definitely will be visiting this car wash again in the near future. Friendly staff, affordable and reasonable prices. Great experience.
