This was my first time at this car wash. Before I went for the wash I was in an accident and had the area patched up with a healthy layer of turtle wax on that I couldn’t take off easily. Javier asked if I wanted to run through the wash again if I wasn’t satisfied with the results from the first run through. I told him my issue wasn’t the service it was the turtle wax. He had some kind of substance on a rag that he used to clean off all the turtle wax in one swipe. I’m very glad I met such great customer service with a great attitude towards helping. Javier really made a difference in my day. Thank you!
I come here frequently. Clean, convenient, and the service provided by Stacey (guy who is usually there) takes this operation to the next level. He does a great job of selling the product as people drive in and then makes the whole trip worth it with the added touch of washing my rubber floor matts for me and just overall a great attitude. Vacuums are great, although I do wish there was a little more room between parking spaces so that doors can be left open to vacuum without infringing on the neighboring spaces. Overall a top notch car wash.
Took the emblem off my car. One of the workers found me and brought it to me and apologized but that was it. I understand mistakes happen but a little disappointed in how this was handled. Step it up Joe's, I like getting my car washed with you guys, better customer service is all I ask.
Got the basic for $6, then I saw Wednesday discount $4 instead $6. Pretty cool! I’m going to check the monthly services!
It’s always very clean. All machines are always in working order. Bathroom is always spotless. Defiantly sign up for the monthly program it’s great!!!!
