Car is decently clean at okay price but the wait was ridiculous. They co to used to wave three more expensive side cars around me that came well after I did. Waited, wasting gas for nearly 15 minutes with only two other cheaper cars in front of me. The f150 platinum and pair of land rovers got much more prompt service than my underrated white GTI and the Subaru Forester in front of me.
Then told me they can't cover aftermarket parts. It was a factory part.
Did a poor job of cleaning my car at 1401 North Mills Avenue Orlando, FL 32803. Call and was able to speak with Kevin about it, he wanted to redo a job that was supposed to be do correctly the first time. I did not trust them to touch my car. He wanted me to come in so he could see it, I did, he over talked me several times, he insinuate the problem was not theirs when I clearly know what was done and how the car should look. He refused to give me back my money.
Ive been here before when I had a fancier (though not really fancier) looking car (had prompt service then) but don't intend on coming back
Great car wash, staff remembers your name. Car comes out great
Got yelled at for their mistake. Then they damaged my car. Service manager basically begged me to allow him to pull up cameras and see if the damage was there already. Then the store manager came out and told me they won't cover any of it and it was probably done on these roads in Orlando.
The damage happens. It's a $110 fix. The way you treat your customers says a lot. Should be a zero star option.
