Probably never coming here again if this is the standard.
Just got the "premium wash" and my entire front of my car is still covered in bugs, i can understand some of the water stains since it's Florida but it's an overall weak job. Also found oily dirt on my hood from the wash. Newer black Honda Accord.
2 stars instead of 1 because the vaccuums are nice.
Told management and went through the wash again, and was told that they would scrub the bugs off.....maybe 30% was scrubbed off, otherwise my car was exactly the same.
Not bad , lake mary location is the best since they have two people at the end that help dry the car in the spots where the dryer misses
My car came out scratched from the machine being rough with my car and had to deal with customer service on another issue and they were NOT helpful at all. Would give 0 stars if i could. Do not recommend.
Been coming here since they've opened, and been coming to this same location with the other previous 3 owners.. by far the best prices, cant beat 20$ bucks, unlimited washes and vacuums every month.. ill say depending whos working [ sometimes but barely ] they dont power the vacuums to the max , so you may end up with a lightly sucking vacuum.. but most times its on point. Enjoy being a valued member and not having to wait in line to pay, they just slap on a sticker and your good to go every day if you want.
This place absolutely sucks! The vacuums can't even suction sand that's on your carpet because the suction is so weak. The tire shine isn't even on my tire it's on my rims. To top it off you can definitely tell their employees don't care. You tell them about your issues and they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. Don't waste your money here. Just go to the car wash on Semoran it's way better than this place.
