I have bought the cheapest $11 in/out wash and every tier up to their $38 Super Clean wash today, and felt underserviced every time. Not sure why I have gone back so much. If lack of attention to detail, and missed spots inside and out and dirty cup holders even when you pay extra to have them cleaned, is for you, then this is your spot. Must be the culture as I have been serviced by different ppl every time, not just one bad apple. Oh, and then when you come out to the car, several of the guys have offered to make it right for a generous tip. You have it in reverse. Do the job right and I am happy to tip. I don't mind paying good money for good service, but I have never gotten it here.
Fast, efficient and overall very good service. Always a courteous staff. The pricing is as cheap ($8) or upscale (custom detailing) as you choose. Median range for a great wash is around $16. I would recommend for anyone in the area looking for fast service.
I will say something good they are at least polite. And quick but I much rather than take another 20 minutes and not have these complaints.
I've been here half a dozen times. I always get an upgraded service and always leave A 5 to $15 tip. But I'm just about done with this place. Constant walk out and have to ask them to hit all kinds of spots all over the car. The wheels are only ever half clean and half tire shine. They never get the windows on the in side. And you can forget about any of the crevices and jams.
Um... wow. My car looks brand new they did an excellent job!
I've given this place two opportunities, and both times left disappointed. The first time they completely "forgot" to do the rear cargo area, and I had to take it back; the rest of the "cleaning" wasn't that impressive either. This time, I paid $38 for the super clean, and it is far from super clean. There are still dirty spots on the leather, center console, and door panels... There is still dirt in my shifter boot even. The car was dirty from a recent road trip, but FAR from filthy. I almost went back, but said screw it, I'm done going here period and don't want to waste my time. I'll be on the lookout for a new car wash place close to my work.
