I spent $95 to get my car cleaned and I can honestly say almost nothing was done, my car was still dirty on the inside and outside when I was told it will be "spotless". When I was going in the drive thru I felt very rushed and the guy didn't even explain to me what will be done, he seemed very rushed and stressed out. At the end, on top of my car being still dirty, my windows had sticky streaks all over them, the guy told me its because I previously had tinted windows (which I didn't ) and if I bring it back he will charge me $25 to take it off!! Like I just didn't pay him to clean my car. Overall worst experience I had in a car wash...if you don't want to throw your money away I suggest you don't go there..and if the owner wants proof I have pictures! I would really want my money back.
I am super impressed from my first visit to Images Auto Spa. I was nervous after I had a terrible experience at another car detailing place nearby, however I was very happy with the customer service I received. The employees were all helpful and smiling which is a nice way to end a long day. Thank you.
I do not recommend at all! I had a membership with them for 4 cars paying $33 on each about $132 every month, they barely clean the cars well and they rush through it and you always gotta go back to show them missing clean spots!!! Or employees smoking weed near customers!!! Management is worst then the employees, do no count on them for any resolution cause they no help, I’ve seen this manager in the one on colonial about to fight a customer over mis-understanding which was the the car wash responsibility to handle the situation either professionalism smh anyways I never wrote any review but I had to let other people know about those thieves! I asked/told them I want to cancel my account but it wouldn’t be now 2 managers in 2 different location told me I can cancel last minute and wouldn’t get charge for upcoming bill due, so when I cancelled this manager name Raul who cancelled told me with his own mouth that If get charge to come back with cancellation receipt and they will reverse the charges. 3 days later I was charged on my debit card spoke to a certain Myra she did not give 2 F about her managers Mis-leading people giving the wrong info etc and wouldn’t waive the 2 cars that was supposed to cancel, since I’ve realized this company was greedy I said you know what I would like to cancel the other 3 vehicles as well you greedy B! Cancelled all 4 vehicles and called my bank to dispute the charges and changed my bank number! Do business with those people at your own risk, don’t say I didn’t warn you! Read their reviews everyone’s who’s complaining about bad customer service or cars not being wash properly they are not trying to make it better in any care or way necessary, once you swipe your card consider you lost your money even if it was a good or bad experience, they will tell you how sorry they are aha and that Chinese rep in colonial need to get fired! This place need to shut down!
Great service. Great prices and cleaning options. They even offer a subscription plan. You can watch your car through the whole process inside.
If lack of attention to detail and a bunch of missed spots is what you're looking for, then this is the place for you. I have been here multiple times and have tried every tier wash they have. They always miss stiff, charge you extra to clean cup holders(?!?), and still leave them dirty!! Then the guys finishing your car offer to "make it right" for a good tip! Not how it works, do a good job first, then I'm happy to tip. If you still feel the need to go, get the base wash, because no matter how much you pay, the results are about the same...
