Great place to get your car washed. The people are friendly and I love the eco concept. I've would encourage you to check them out if you need your car washed and are concerned about the environment. This place is a win-win.
Too busy for repeat customers. Losing business because of bad business practices. What a shame because they could be better.
I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year. But today I received the worst customer service. I parked my car as usual and the worker confronted a woman without her car in the car wash area. Instead of the customer that just parked. Then told me I would have to wait an hour or more for my car to be washed. When I asked if I could bring it in an hour. He said first come first serve. Meanwhile the other 2 workers are just sitting doing absolutely nothing. Overpriced for the quality anyways. I’ll go to an actual car wash business.
Inside looked great. They never opened the trunk and cleaned it. Missed the whole back right panel. Had bird poop on the door and dirt on the whole hood. When I asked about it, they said I had "tough spots"... so I wiped my car with my hand and the dirt came off. Not happy at all. Will be going to Mr. Car Wash around the corner instead.
Close at 5:30, but stop taking cars at 4:00? Really? Doesn’t help that I called 3 times earlier in the day and they never picked up. Great way to lose business.
