This place has become a place that really doesn't provide any good tools to clean your car. The wash cycle has been sped up to cram more cars through faster, the vacuums have little to no suction, one of the mat cleaners has been broken for years and not replaced and the other has not been emptied or maintained well so the mats don't really come clean and the employees park their cars in vacuum stalls...just poor management or maintenance.
This place is falling apart and the management does nothing to fix it at all. Either the owners are too cheap to invest in repairs or the crew running it has no idea what they are doing. The vacuums are absolutely horrible, the staff parks their personal cars in vacuum spots that actually work and don’t move when it’s busy so customers can use them. I highly suggest going to anthony other car wash in the area if you want a clean car. Also they are supposed to scrub your car when you pull up but they didn’t because they are too busy talking to each other. This place is a joke.
Went to them today. Excellent work ! A young men did a GREAT job. Very polite and helpful .EXCELLENT WORKERS. Got Great Atmosphere.
This used to be the place to go.... not so much anymore. For the same price or lesser yiu can go somewhere else that actually cleans your car and the vacuums work. Not to mention the worse customer service.... they're supposed to brush at least a few spots on your vehicle, this morning the guy directed me in and continued on with his phone conversation. Don't wasteyour time or money folks.
Used to love this car wash.... Now its always packed... Not enough spots and the vacuums do not work properly. Just washed my car, Moved my car to three different spots where vacuums did not work. Left and paid to vacuum my car at the gas station.
