This is the second time we have used World Automotive and again had a great experience. We had a rather large job done on our car and an issue came up after we got the car back. The guys were awesome and fixed us up the same day!! Their level of customer service is impeccable!!

These guys bailed my ass out of a bad car situation with great knowledge and awesome service. Didn't try to upsell me any bullcrap I didn't need. I will go back here for sure next time my car needs it.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. One of the few honest mechanics still around. Also, they are honest about both the price AND how long it will take to fix. Love this place and the people there.
They misdiagnosed a steering issue for a bad rack and pinion (effectively adding $900 to the bill). They took 2 days to do the job, which was not done properly. When I brought it right back, the owner argued with me saying it was fixed. I pushed back and asked the mechanic to drive it and the mechanic agreed with me. Another 2 days later (keep in mind this is and 8 hour job) I got the van back with the original issue still remaining. I know others have had good experiences, but maybe it was for simpler repairs. Be cautious of them.
