Heard nothing but good things from several people and they've taken great care of my fiance's vehicle in the past. 5 Star mechanics are incredibly rare but these guys are honest and fair and willing to work with you to get repairs done as soon as possible.
These guys are the best in town. Recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry and was tired of the dealerships in the area. 3 hours for an oil change at the dealership and $100 later not the best experience, not to mention trying to sell you on stuff you don't need. You wonder why the dealerships are so large. Its your money. :-) Orlando Import Auto Specialists use OEM parts and the proper oil for the car and pricing is great. Service, Support and Great Pricing. Couldn't ask for more.
First I brought my wife's car here for an alternator. In and out the next day and beat the competitors prices in town. Then I brought my Mustang for A/C issues. They replaced the fan and works GREAT. In and out same day. Wonderful staff and very friendly. Received a test the next day just to make sure all was OK. GREAT place and will bring all my issues to them. 5 STARS!!!

This shop is locally owned by Joe & Dwayne. Along with the front desk manager, Cory, they strive to satisfy customer needs. Their pricing is excellent & they never try to "oversell" or "hard sell" services. My family & I have been customers for 8 years & will never look elsewhere for our auto needs.
I just went in after I'd gotten new tires and the folks at the tire place said they couldn't align them because the strut mounts were so worn and that there was some front end damage. I went to Orlando Import Auto and asked if they could take a look at it for me and let me know if it was something that needed to get done ASAP or if it would survive a trip to Miami and back because I'm leaving in 4 days to go get married. They said they'd take a look and when I went to pick the car back up, Corey told me that there were just some bolts missing and some loose nuts that were causing some problems and a lot of noise. They replaced the bolts and tightened everything up, and said that it would definitely be okay to drive to Miami and back, but to align the tires and replace the strut mount when I am able to. I asked him how much it would be for the labor of taking everything apart and all of that and he handed me my keys and said "have a happy wedding"
Definitely going back to them for all future maintenance and repairs.
