Details of my first experience at the store.
Once it was done, I couldn't believe what an awesome job Humberto and his crew had done!
It's like I have a brand new van! Absolutely love it and would go right back if I ever need work on any vehicle in the future!
05/03/2017 Car left at shop. Was told that car will be ready on Monday 05/08. On Monday I called multiple times after 4 PM to check if ready and no one would pick up phone. After a long time some one answered, I asked about my car and they stated that they would check and placed me on hold. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes some one else answered and stated the same thing that they would check and placed me on hold again. After some time I gave up.
I took the car and back because of an issue that I had with the paint. When I let that location and went to a Maaco independently owned.
I never thought I would be taken my Lexus to a Maaco shop, but guess what? I did. Actually someone slammed my car yesterday and I just got it back last Saturday, and someone smashed me yesterday; and guess what?
Great price and done when they said it would be.

Took my van in because it was a pathetic looking vehicle with all the peeling paint and the rear spoiler had fallen off.

I can't say enough about my team at Maaco.
I was embarrassed to be seen driving it.
On Tuesday morning 05/09 I started calling again and after many attempts was finally able to talk to someone who checked while I was holding and informed me that the car is in detailing and would be ready for pickup at 4:30 PM. I got a ride from work to the shop about 10 miles away and arrived at 4:30. At the shop I was told that the painting just finished and the car would not be ready today. I had to take a Taxi back to work as I could not get a ride back. The taxi ride ended up costing me $34.20 and I arrived back to work at 6:19 PM. I missed 2 hours of work because I was informed incorrectly by the shop.
I'm writing this review because I had an awesome experience. Humberto has great customer service and everyone I came in connect with were great. If your looking for an awesome experience and being treated right this is were you want to be. If your looking to get exactly what you want this is the place to go. You can trust them to get the job done and more. Thanks for everything
At this point of time I still have not see the painted car, do not know how good it looks and frankly after this bad experience do not really care. I would not recommend going thru this for any one.
Today is 05/10 and I still have not heard back from the shop as to the status of my car.
My experience was I took my car to the Old Cheney location. When I arrived the manager George was rude and the district manager was a nightmare!
I made one call, and the manager and owner came out and assured me they would take care of it properly, and they did! Very professional loving family environment, and they stand by their work wholeheartedly.
Fixed my crushed drivers door. There was a grease stain on the back seat. Now when my window rolls down, it makes a clicking sound. Randomly while driving the window makes a loud thump.
