Good hours, pleasant staff. Can feel good about work done here, especially when you are from out of town and need servicing. Our alternator went while we were on vacation. My daughter who lives in the area uses them for her servicing so we tried them and we're happy. Open many nights till 10pm.

The staff took our defective tire and tested it and took spare off and put it back on all with no charge! Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty. Thanks to you guys we have a new rental van and feel safe to go 1600 miles back home.
My daughter's alternator went out on her 2003 Ford Taurus. Her car was towed to Ricker's through AAA. The next morning we find out they are going to charge $535.00 to replace the alternator. I quickly found one on line for less than $100.00 and asked why it was so expensive. The answer was they have to add their markup. We found another shop that quoted $80 less which still seemed very expensive. He then explained the AAA warranty and how they are required to use a specific alternator for their warranty which was much more expensive. After a short discussion they quickly found a rebuilt alternator with a year warranty and quoted the replacement for less than $300.00. I believe that Ricker's was truly trying to take advantage of my daughter being stranded.
The workers here/reception are friendly and informative, I personally came here since I had a flat and it was one of the closest shops with good reviews.
But like many places, they will tell you that all your tires need changing and blah blah, which in my circumstance, 2 were 50% And obviously the flat had to go and 1 more was 75% done.
