Not only did Bill do exactly what was asked for the quote given, he did it quickly and was able to provide a warranty on the work that is good North America wide. He provides a professional, no frills service which appears to be well known in the area which explains why the shop is surrounded with vehicles....he does a very good business.
When I come down in September, I'm stopping by to shake his hand.
We were 1,250 miles from home on vacation in Kissimmee when one of the wheel bearings on our truck started to growl. Given the long drive home and the high speeds of the interstate I really did not want to risk breaking down on the highway, but I also did not want to get fleeced.
FOLLOW UP: This guy is a good egg. He fully explained the situation to my daughter and the service was impeccable. Very professional and personable. I feel extremely confident that my daughter has a reliable resource so close by when she's in FL.
Affordable and friendly. My car was fixed in less than 24 hours and they went above that to fix extra problems! Seemed very knowledgeable, all of the guys were courteous. Will be returning for any car repair needs!

Took my car to a chain dealership for a diagnostic, they gave me a long list of things wrong with my car, and a $780 pricetag for just the issue i needed fixed yesterday, then i took my car over to 535 Auto for the same diagnostic where i was given a $480 pricetag for fixing the same issues, and then found out it could actually be fixed for even $190 cheaper!! Plus they gave my car a few test drives to make sure everything was perfect before i picked it up!! Couldn't ask for better customer service or service to my car!! Would recommend 100x over!
So, I read some reviews on the internet and ran across 535 Auto Care. I can attest that my experience with Bill reflects what I read in the reviews. At first the shop appears disorganized and a mess. There are cars everywhere in the back of a gas station...when I got there I almost didn't go in! But I am really glad I did.
We arrived home safely and without issue. Thank you to Bill and his guys for taking care of us.
Don't let the small building at a gas station fool you. I was on vacation eight hours from home when I had car trouble. Not only did they work me into their busy schedule, they got it done very quickly. At the end, instead of gouging me on the price, they gave me a very fair and reasonable final bill. Very friendly people I highly recommend.
